- ENERGY STAR provides a powerful platform for utilities, state agencies, and other organizations implementing energy efficiency programs to make a bigger difference in their communities. Using ENERGY STAR strategies and tools, like Portfolio Manager, organizations can reduce program costs and implementation timelines while increasing the efficacy of their programs.

- Average influent flow
- Average influent biological oxygen demand (BOD5)
