Hawai'i Water Quality

Hawai'i Department of Health is responsible for conducting monitoring, assessment, reporting under CWA Sections 303(d) and 305(b), and TMDL development for the State of Hawai'i.

The Environmental Planning Office is principally responsible for monitoring and preparation of the Section 305(b) Report.
