Revisions to Arizona State Implementation Plan – New Source Review Program

June 13, 2016 – EPA finalized a limited disapproval of revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. This action relates to the permitting requirements for PM2.5 precursors in nonattainment areas under the New Source Review (NSR) Program.

June 29, 2015 - EPA finalized a limited approval and limited disapproval, and other actions, of revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. This action updates and replaces the ADEQ’s exiting SIP-approved New Source Review (NSR) Program.
