January 2011: Determinations of Attainment by the Applicable Attainment Date: Hayden, Nogales, Paul Spur/Douglas PM10 Nonattainment Areas

EPA has signed a final rule determining, based on quality-assured, certified ambient monitoring data, that the Hayden area in Arizona attained the 1987 primary National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for particulate matter (PM-10) as of the applicable attainment date of December 31, 1994. The Act and our regulations require three years of quality-assured, certified ambient air quality data to make this finding.
