May 2013: Final Rule Approving Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan for San Diego County for 1997 Ozone Standard
May 14, 2013: EPA's Region 9 Regional Administrator signed a notice of final rulemaking to approve California’s request to redesignate the San Diego County ozone nonattainment area to attainment for the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard and their plan for continuing to attain the 1997 ozone standard for ten years beyond redesignation.
