March 5, 2014: Regional Administrator Jared Blumenfeld signed a Federal Register notice approving the Payson, Arizona Second Limited Maintenance Plan (LMP) for PM10 for the Payson Nonattainment Area. He also signed an accompanying Federal Register notice proposing to approve the Payson LMP. If relevant adverse comments are received during the 30-day comment period, EPA will withdraw the direct final approval. These Federal Register notices will be published in the Federal Register approximately two to three weeks after signature.
