How to report quarterly and annually for Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS)
Reporting Deadlines Announced for RFS reporters
- The Renewable Fuel Standards for the years 2014 to 2017;
- The annual compliance reporting requirements for RFS Obligated Parties for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015; and
- The attest engagement deadlines for all RFS participants for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Below is a step-by-step process for submitting reports for the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program (40 CFR 80 Subpart M).

Follow these four (4) steps to report.
STEP 1: Determine whether the submitter has access to report.
A user must be registered and assigned the proper roles to submit reports.

STEP 2: Determine deadlines.
Reports are submitted either quarterly or annually.

STEP 3: Download and complete reports.
