NOTE: With the most current PDF reader you may complete these PDF forms from within your browser and then print the completed form. If you choose to save the completed form, only the blank form will be saved.

Another option is to use the full Adobe Acrobat program (not the free reader), which allows you to save the completed form to your computer.

Applications for Federal assistance must be submitted via Grants.gov. It is highly recommended that EPA grant applicants complete their registration on Grants.gov now, since the entire process can take up to 30 days to complete. Information located at Submitting an Application to Grants.gov Apply and Applicant Resources for Grants.gov will help you get started.  Applicants are also encouraged to view a previously recorded EPA Information Webinar session/ presentation regarding Grants.gov register for an available session.

If you have been instructed to apply for an EPA grant, please follow the instructions provided by your EPA Point of Contact (usually the EPA Project Officer). Also, using the Region 9 Application Checklist (PDF) (2 pp, 121K) will help ensure submission of a complete application. Please be advised that submission of a complete application to EPA does not guarantee an award will be made.
