The ADB v.2 is a distributed relational database application for managing and submitting Integrated Reporting (IR) data to EPA under the Assessment and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Tracking and Implementation System (ATTAINS) program.

The ADB v.2 and other ATTAINS data submission tools are undergoing transition as part of the ATTAINS redesign (see Water Quality Framework). The ADB v.2 was written in Visual Basic 6 which is no longer supported by Microsoft, and it does not work well with current operating systems (Windows 7 or later). The following ADB v.2 resources are provided as reference for existing ADB v.2 users only:
