Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA) for Verify Signer
EPA must collect this information to ensure compliance with the Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR).
The ESA for the Verify Signer identifies the Signer and requires that he/she sign the form and attest to the Rules of Behavior for using EPA’s Verify system. This form must be wet ink signed by the Signer.
