Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA) for Verify Company Authorizing Official (CAO)
EPA must collect this information to ensure compliance with the Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR).
The ESA identifies the CAO and requires that the CAO sign and attest to the Rules of Behavior for using EPA’s Verify system.
This document must be wet ink signed by the CAO as well as by a company’s senior manager as an official witness (such as a vice president or Director of Human Resources).
