Types of Newly Implemented Source Reduction

This figure shows the types of source reduction activities reported as implemented during 2013. In 2013, a total of 3,362 facilities (16% of all TRI facilities) reported initiating 10,623 source reduction activities. Of the source reduction activities implemented, good operating practices is reported the most at 37%.
