EPA is providing copies of some of the background documents for the proposed rule on financial responsibility requirements under section 108(b) of CERCLA for classes of facilities in the hardrock mining industry for review. When the proposal is published in the Federal Register, these and other documents will be provided in the rule docket available at Regulations.gov. Once the docket becomes available, these versions will be removed from this site and replaced with a link to the docket.
