Year of facility release.

Use

Code describing how chemical is used in reporting facility, as reported on TRI Reporting Form R. 

LongOrShort

Code describing whether the submission came from a short or long form.

MaxOnsite

Code describing the maximum amount of the chemical on-site at reporting facility, as reported in TRI Reporting Form R.

TotalPounds

Total pounds released. (not currently used, see PoundsPT in Elements table)
