This website provides information about the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility in Hawaii and the implementation of the Administrative Order on Consent (AOC), an enforceable agreement of the Hawaii Department of Health, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Navy -- Defense Logistics Agency.
