Quality Management Plan (e-QMP)
The QMP describes policies, procedures and management systems within EPA NE that govern quality assurance and quality control activities supporting the transparency and scientific defensibility of environmental data collected, used and disseminated by the Region.

The QAPP guidance document and its companion checklist are designed to assist QAPP writers and reviewers involved in modeling projects, including the Total Maximum Daily Load Program (TMDL).
