The Focused Feasibility Evaluation (FFE) is an evaluation of prior remedy decisions for the cleanup up the New Bedford Harbor. This document analyzed the cleanup methods on record and compared them with off-site disposal options, to see which alternative method of cleanup was the most effective, considering both cost and protectiveness.
