Emergency Response Exercise at Santa Teresa Port of Entry, New Mexico

Emergency Response 

The mission of the TX/NM/CHIH Emergency Response Task Force is to help address and meet the Border 2020 Goal 4: Enhance Joint Preparedness For Environmental Response. The Task Force is committed to:

• Updating sister-city plans within the region;
• Provide an opportunity for information exchange and recommendations among first responders;
• Work with appropriate Policy Fora; and
• Assist in implementation of binational exercises to test and improve the Sister City Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.
