2011 Version 6.3 Platform
The 2011v6.3 platform is based on the 2011NEI version 2 and includes a projected future year of 2017. The platform supported the Final Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) Update, a rule related to interstate transport for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). An update to the platform was developed for a preliminary analysis of the transport of ozone with respect to the 2015 Ozone NAAQS. This update includes minor updates to 2011 emissions along with emissions for the year 2023.
