This TSD describes how the emission inventories were prepared for air quality modeling for the years 2011 and 2017 using the 2011, version 6.3 emissions modeling platform. This platform is based on the 2011 National Emissions Inventory, Version 2 and incorporates comments received on the 2011 and 2017 emissions modeling input data as part of the development of the final Cross-State Air Pollution Update Rule.
