Tribe Standards in Effect for CWA Purposes
The Bad River Band’s water quality standards were approved and became effective on September 21, 2011. They include designated uses, antidegradation, and other policies and procedures establishing water quality standards for waters of the tribe.

Federally Proposed or Promulgated Standards
Water Quality Guidance for the Great Lakes System (Amended September 16, 2011)
This guidance establishes required minimum standards, antidegradation policies, and implementation procedures for waters of the Great Lakes System, and is applicable to states and tribes.
