For all web area home pages:

• Made primarily of links to related content.
• Follow EPA’s link text standard.
• Limited unlinked text (prose) on homepage.
• Link to the most sought-after information. Remember it’s top tasks for top audiences.
• OPA discourages program logos. All such logos must be approved by OPA.

• The home page must be written at a level understandable by the general public.  General public is considered 8th grade reading level.
