The Bronx Council for Environmental Quality hosted the 15th Annual Water conference and Membership meeting. Topics included Brownfields Opportunity Area Plan, Harlem River Watershed Planning Projects, and an update on the Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan.
