Summary

EPA proposes to promulgate a Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) in Texas to address the remaining outstanding requirements that are not satisfied by the Texas Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission.

We are holding an information session to provide additional information and informal discussion for our proposal. We are also holding a public hearing to accept oral comments into the record.
