The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), as amended by the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, created the Science Advisory Committee on Chemcicals (SACC). SACC will supersede CSAC as the primary peer review forum for exisiting chemcials undergoing risk assessment. These are the biographical sketches for proposed scientists who have been nominated for membership on SACC.
