A beginner's guide: Step by step instructions on how to develop a budget for your solid waste utility

EPA developed this costing tool to help rural Alaska Tribes make a budget for their community's waste management program. We hope it will be useful for tribal environmental planners and directors, General Assistance Program (GAP) coordinators, solid waste managers, and others involved in developing solid waste budgets.
