EPA Region 9 Tribal CWA Section 106 FY2017 Solicitation Notice

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9 is now accepting Federal Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17) Clean Water Act Section 106 (CWA §106) Water Pollution Control Program funding requests for the FY2018 grant cycle. The purpose of the Water Pollution Control Program is to assist federally recognized Indian Tribes with achieving environmental results by developing institutional capacity to administer water pollution control programs and to protect, improve, and enhance natural resources.

This solicitation notice provides an overview of the CWA §106 grant program and instructions on how to request and apply for CWA §106 grant funding.
