Description: On August 15, 2016, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed revisions to the title V permitting regulations to streamline and clarify processes related to the submittal and review of title V petitions. The proposal was published in the Federal Register on August 24 (81 FR 57822) and the public comment period closes on October 24, 2016. This webinar is intended to provide highlights of the proposed rule and address questions.
