This notice grants reconsideration and proposes action on issues raised in petitions on the final air toxics standards for phosphoric acid manufacturing and phosphate fertilizer production including:

• Changing the compliance deadline from August 19, 2015 to August 19, 2017 for low-energy absorbers monitoring requirements
• Alternative monitoring procedures for low-energy absorbers; and
• Changing the compliance deadline from August 19, 2016, to August 19, 2018, for oxidation reactors.
