Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW): NESHAP Risk and Technology Review Proposal

December 8, 2016 - EPA proposed amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) to address the results of the residual risk and technology review conducted under section 112 of the Clean Air Act.
