This page contains two forms for the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Area Source Standards for Prepared Feeds Manufacturing.
The first form is an example form of the type of information that must be submitted to fulfill the Initial Notification requirement of 40 CFR 63, subpart DDDDDDD.
The second form is an example form of the type of information that must be submitted to fulfill the Notification of Compliance Status (NOCS) requirements in 40 CFR 63.9(h).
