This October 2016 question and answer (Q&A) document updates the April 2014 Q&A document to reflect changes to the rule that were finalized on September 14, 2016. The document is in response to a number of questions the EPA has received from delegated state and local agencies and the regulated community regarding the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Boilers at Area Sources codified in 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart 6J (Area Source Boiler NESHAP).
