Jefferson County (Madison Township); Clark, and Floyd Counties, Indiana, PM 2.5 attainment demonstration (2009 budgets)
Posted: June 2, 2008
The State of Indiana has requested that EPA parallel process the adequacy review of the proposed SIP revisions motor vehicle emissions budgets, meaning that EPA will start the public comment period for the adequacy of the SIP budgets prior to the State completing its SIP adoption process. As in every adequacy review, the public has at least 30 days to comment on the adequacy of this SIPs motor vehicle emissions budgets. Should there be any significant changes to the current proposed SIP when the State formally submits the final version to EPA, we will restart the 30-day public comment period for adequacy. However, if the State submits the current proposed SIP as the final version to EPA, there will not be another comment period before EPA makes its adequacy finding.
