Massena Remedial Advisory Committee

Messena Remedial Advisory Committee keep informed of the remedial activities occurring in their portion of the entire international AOC. Committee meetings, on both sides of the river, are regularly attended by representatives from each others’ RAP advisory committee.

New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC) Citizen Participation Staff

They advise local governing boards, planning boards, and zoning boards of appeals on matters related to the environment.

St. Lawrence River (Cornwall) Area of Concern

The St. Lawrence River Restoration Council (SLRRC) was formed in 1998 in order to complete the 64 recommended remedial actions and address the BUI’s identified within the St. Lawrence River Area of Concern at Cornwall

The Public Involvement Committee (PIC) is part of the St. Lawrence River Restoration Council. The PIC is responsible for communicating RAP progress to the public.

St. Regis Mohawk Tribe - Environmental Division
