TND Design Rating System, Version 2.2 (2005) by Laurence Aurbach is a comprehensive, project-level assessment tool to help users rate development projects in a range of places and make comparisons between proposed development projects. The tool is also designed to teach the basic tenets of traditional neighborhood development (TND).
