Smart Growth Leadership Institute Code Audit

The Smart Growth Leadership Institute Code Audit (2004-2005) template was produced by the Smart Growth Leadership Institute Exit and funded in part through a cooperative agreement with EPA. Communities can use the code audit to assess their zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, street design standards, building codes, and other regulatory items that affect development.
