Partnership for Sustainable Communities

The Partnership for Sustainable Communities, a collaboration among the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, helps urban, suburban, and rural communities improve access to affordable housing and transportation options while protecting the environment.

The case studies in Partnership for Sustainable Communities: Three Years Of Helping Communities Achieve Their Visions For Growth And Prosperity (2012) are models for communities that aim to be greener, healthier, more economically competitive, and more affordable.
