Maryland Smart Growth Scorecard

Maryland Smart Growth Scorecard (2002) is an assessment tool used to identify the smart growth attributes of specific development projects. Maryland's Office of Smart Growth developed the scorecard in coordination with numerous state agencies and conducted an informal peer review with the private sector and local governments.
