Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization-Direct

The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) develops, in collaboration with the Director of the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), the Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM), and EPA senior-level officials, programs to stimulate and improve the involvement of small business, minority business, and women-owned business enterprises in the overall EPA procurement process. OSDBU monitors and evaluates Agency performance in achieving EPA goals and objectives in the above areas, and is responsible for Agency’s implementation of Public Law 95-507.

A resource that is available for contractors looking to do business with EPA are the Agency’s Regional Small Business Coordinators. EPA awards contracts at our Headquarters office in Washington, DC, but also in our Regional Offices, and the Regional Small Business Coordinators are your contacts for Regional procurements. The majority of the Small Business Coordinators have dual roles, and serve as DBE Coordinators also.
