Renewable Fuel Standard Program

Questions on the New Website for Renewable Fuel Standard Program?

Why is EPA transforming our websites?

EPA is transforming our websites to better meet the needs of our web visitors.

  • Provide easier access to information about environmental issues and the work we are doing;
  • Improve EPA’s transparency and openness to our audiences;
  • Provide a consolidated resource for priority topics; and
  • Create more relevant content for specific audiences.

How do I locate content that has been reorganized or moved on the new website?

Learn more about the new content, features and organization on the "Changes made to the new website" for the RFS program.

Will the website address change?

Yes, the new website address will change based on the new name and the URL will start with "www2." Bookmarks linked to the old website address will be redirected to the homepage of the new website.

Websites that have not yet been transitioned have been transferred to a new server location, called www3.  For example, www.epa.gov/otaq redirects to www3.epa.gov/otaq. This transfer to www3 was made on September 17th.

If I need help with the new website, who should I contact?

For help with the new website, please email EPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality Public Information at otaq@epa.gov.
