The Reilly Industries site is an active chemical manufacturing facility surrounded by a mix of residential, industrial and commercial properties. All residences in the area of contaminated ground water have been connected to the municipal water supply. This RSE report is focused on the operating pump-anddischarge (P&D) system, and the related monitored natural attenuation (MNA) of off-site ground water. A two-well perimeter ground water extraction system began operation in October 1994.
