Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT-0029017, the Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes is authorized to discharge from its St. Ignatius-Southside Wastewater Treatment Facility in Lake County, Montana to an unnamed tributary of Sabine Creek via a wetland.
