Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-R042006, Peterson Air Force Base is authorized to discharge from all municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) outfalls to receiving waters which include the East Fork of Sand Creek and other waters of the United States within the exterior boundaries of Peterson Air Force Base in El Paso County, Colorado.
