Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT-0031819, Glendale Colony, Inc., and Harvey Farms, Inc. are authorized to discharge and must operate their facilities in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other provisions set forth herein. The facilities are located in Indian Country on the Blackfeet Reservation northwest of Cut Bank, Montana off Chalk Butte Road.
