Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-R042008, the United States Veterans Administration (Medical Center, Denver Campus) is authorized to discharge from all municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) outfalls to receiving waters which include the South Platte River, and other associated waters of the United States within the exterior boundaries of the V.A. Hospital in the City of Denver, Colorado.
