Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-R042004, the United States General Services Administration (permittee) of the Denver Federal Center Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) is authorized to discharge from all municipal separate storm sewer outfalls existing as of the effective date of this permit to receiving waters which include McIntyre Gulch and other associated waters of the United States within the exterior boundaries of the Denver Federal Center in the City of Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado.
