Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT-0030538, the United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs is authorized to discharge from the Crow Agency water treatment plants via the wastewater treatment facility located in Bighorn County, Montana to the Little Bighorn River.
