Public Water Wystems in Wyoming and on Tribal Lands within EPA R8 (CO, MT, ND, SD, UT and WY) must send a a completed copy of the Stage 2 DBPR Operational Evaluation Report to EPA Region 8 no later than 90 days after being notified of analytical results that indicate an operational evaluation level has been exceeded.
