Superseded and Withdrawn Checklists in the State Authorization Tracking System (StATS) as of June 30, 2012

StATS for a superseded checklist if the state was authorized for the checklist that superseded it. For example, states authorized for CL 207 will also get credit for CL 32, even if they were not previously authorized for CL 32.

All withdrawn checklists have been removed from the StATS system and no longer count towards regional or state authorization percentages.
