Identification and Listing of Hazardous Waste - Wood Preserving - Federal Register Notice, December 6, 1990

EPA is today amending its regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) by listing as hazardous three categories of wastes from wood preserving operations that use chlorophenolic, creosote, and/or inorganic (arsenical and chromium) preservatives. Today's rule finalizes portions of a proposed rule published by EPA on December 30, 1988 (53 FR 53282).
